You know that guy sitting in the back of the lodge with an ice pack ? That was me today. bruised my arm pretty good doing Loopdy-Doo Whirly-Birds. 30 minutes later landed directly on the bruised arm. Now it's the size of a lemon. Lesson: don't do "whirly-birds" until you have the "Loopdy-doos" down.
