and from what ive heard, orders are 11ish days behind schedule, so add that give or take a few days to the expected date for your ski.

They are coming guys, thanks for everyones patience. Scott and I are pulling 36 hour work / 8 or less hours sleep cycles here, have been consistently for the week. We're working an unbelievable amount to make sure each pair is the best we can make. Every ski that leaves my hands has to be a ski that I would want to be given. The good news is that our press configuration is absolutely dialed, and skis are taking lots less work to finish, which is speeding up the finishing process a lot.

One thing Scott and myself could definitely use to keep us a little more sane is some new music - if anyone wants to put together a eclectic zip of whatever you're finding good to listen to, we would much appreciate it, and blare it loudly at 6am when the shops next to us are just starting up their day, those weaklings. Overtime, bah.

well, doing everything we can to shoot for right around that date.

I definitely need to update everyone but am a bit busy tonight.

Most 186cm BGs are out now.  We are starting 191cm Wrens and 176cm BG this week.  Some 191cm wrens will start going out tomorrow even.  Then 181cm JMO, then 191 C+D, then 181 caylor, then 191 caylor, then 181 wren, then 181 BS, then 171 jmo, then 171 BS, then 171 caylor.  Sorry to the 171cm people.  We didn't make those skis last year, and people asked for them....but very few people actually ordered them.  I will probably make more skis in the next 48 hours than all those skis, combined.....

Someone said they wondering how BGs could take so long while everything could go faster.  Well...it is all just numbers.  We had a ton of 186cm BGs to make.  And we had to redo a ton of them as well.  I will have made more 186cm BG than 191cm wrens, 176cm BGs, 181cm jmos, and 191cm C+d combined.  Cores are prepped and we just need to have a few weeks of good luck and we should finally be through this craziness, which is pretty much been my nightmare scenario the last year (last ski delivery).

I hope people waiting find that what they receive isn't just another ski (especially considering the presale pricing).  We are working super hard to ensure what you receive is the best skis you've ever had.

Time wise, we basically are two weeks back of the dates I originally thought we could hit.  Missing sam all last week slowed us a good bit finishing the BGs, but he is back and when all three of us are rolling, things are good.  Just having to keep it going.  I think since the start of October we must have worked like 1300 hours.  at least.  I know you guys are chomping at the bit.  So I am.  Sorry it has taken to long.

Back to skis.

I would push them back at least a few days from that.  That pair to CO would need to be expidited and likely need to meet him in CO, so they would be pressed around that date if we can make it.

As for specific dates...after giving them and missing them twice now I really don't want too.  There are just too many variables.  We are working as hard as we can and I can say approximately when I hope to get to stuff, but one issue could stop us for a whole day, which really slows us down.

I will say I hope to get to 181 caylors by the end of next week, as long as everything goes well.

I visited the guys in the factory when I was down in Oregon a bit ago, and it's no exaggeration, they are working as hard as is humanly possible. It's kind of insane, I hope you guys are done as soon as possible so you can take a much deserved rest

i totally understand how busy everything is for you and apologize for sounding so sour but it just put them in a very difficult situation while waiting for a response, but like i said before if you are potentially looking for another intern in the near future i will let them know because they will be thrilled and i hope there wont be a bias towards them because i spoke up.

I work for a manufacturer in another industry and we've got WAY worse issues than you. You are doing a nice job with what you tell us: what you are doing now and what is next in the pipeline. It's important for people to not have unrealistic expectations.
I am very pleased that you want to focus on quality and not rush anything. This is why I gave you $$ in the first place. Rock on boys!

Exactly how I feel.

I am actually finding it pretty easy to stay patient because I know how much time and effort they are putting into making quality skis. It will definitely be worth the wait.

shit man... i hope this all pays off
i mean besides the joy and happiness you are going to give all your customers, working 1300 since october is like, 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. I mean if you were working at some desk job, well you're life would probably be beyond boring, but you would be making tons of cash.
it just goes to show how devoted you guys are, beyond devoted. i dont think i've ever seen anyone work as hard as the guys at ON3P and care so much about you're customers, and i applaud you for that

i just got my billy goats today when i arrived at school and they are so incredibly sick. beyond what i thought they would be. thanks for the awesome stickers also! cant wait until the get mounted and ski on em... thats next weekend though
