The camber looks sick. Seems to be a good compromise between effective edges and rocker.

That's why I went with them.  I rode the JJ last year and I absolutely loved it, so I was looking for something similar last summer.

And they are definitely "CLEAN", the craftsmanship is fantastic.  Can't wait to ride them!

My Wrens are what I ride 90% of the time in-bounds now. I got them as a soft snow ski, but they kind of took over the quiver and now I just go straight and fast on big skis every day. So if you have any skis semi-similar right now, prepare to neglect them!

Haha, that was the same for me with my Caylors. Mine are stiffer than production caylors will be so they became my charging skis. And then I just started skiing them all the time because they're way too much fun.

We do apologize for the delays.  We've run into all sorts of complications this past month which we did not foresee, some of which were out of my control (such as Sam's medical absence), but we are working hard all day, everyday, and only want to put out the best skis we can, so I am trying to make sure we do this right, rather than just rushing sub-par skis out the door.

To be fair, stuff shipping out early Jan will only be 4-5 weeks late.  Considering we've had to build up a production-oriented ski factory up from nothing, including our own presses and tooling, and prep several hundred pairs of skis in a 3 man team in less than 4 months now, I can't feel too bad about what we've accomplished. 

We make a complicated product that involves a lot of different steps and ensuring everything goes right is hard.  But I think when people receive their skis, they will find they were worth the wait.

It is 2AM and as I said, we work literally all day.  I need to get back to pressing skis! 

For those who are waiting, we do really appreciate the patience.  Thanks

Here's a quote from the email you probably got since you seem to have ordered a paire of BG 186 :

" the 186cm Billy Goats pressed, finished, and shipped by the 23rd. "

And for the arrival date it's up to the shipping service they use and the days the postal services won't be working for the holidays.

Sadly, no.  A good bit went out and more should be going out this evening and tomorrow, but I am still going to need to finish up more pairs early next week.  Our new damn reichmenn seems to be having pnumatic issues in several different places and the tracking is being throw off a ton, eating our sanding belts like crazy.  Super frustrating seeing as we went out and bought a nice new machine and not some crappy old grindrite or something.....and it is definitely slowing down the finishing.

I worked until around 4am this morning and then had to rush home, pack, and catch a flight back to Colorado.  I know Sam and Rowen are still slaving away grinding and finishing as many billy goats as possible.

yeah i got my e-mail on the 23rd or something, a day after sam shipped them, but they didn't actually go anywhere until the 28th, and now they're in SLC and supposed to get here on jan 2

i'm gonna mount them up and ski em on sunday

due to alex being super exited about reciving his BGs tomorrow, i am now very anxious for my great scotts(i hate the new name so ill continue calling them the old one) to be shipped the 8th, and since im only 5 hours north of the factory, i hope to have them very soon, or i might have to assault my neighbor's goat
