Is it against site rules to sell a water pipe in BST?

Is it against site rules to sell a perfectly clean (no residue) glass tobacco water pipe in BST? Especially if we don't use the words, "bong," "marijuana," etc can we?

Its not against the law.

Plus no shipping to PA or CT (i think those are the only two states that do not allow interstate shipping of pipes).

i'm gonna go out on a limb and say the mods probably wouldn't like it too much. some 14 year old buys a pipe. his parents find it and ask where he got it. he says newschoolers.com. probably not much the parents can do about it but it kinda gives the site a bad name, at least in that persons eyes. just my two cents.

Haha same here.
I bought Jason's (MFK previously Mousseau) and he was willing to ship from Canada to the US. Plus at the time I was a minor living with my dad.

So, no. There really shouldn't be that big of a problem.
