Eh, I think that one could use some work. For starters, did you get a good scan? It looks pretty soft everywhere. Secondly, you have little to no shadow detail--it looks like you may have just underexposed a bit for the snow and sky, but I think it was a little too much. The guy on the left side of the frame is also distracting, as well as your light edges on the right and left. And lastly, you really need to dust it....badly. Just go through the photo at 100% with the spot healing brush in PS and you can fix it pretty easily, albeit painstakingly. The photo definitely has potential, but I wouldn't leave it where it is right now.
I think its pretty good for film but take some more time in the dark room next time. You can correct a lot of small things in the dark room so you don't have to edit them on a computer which is kind of contradicting. Its hard to judge a photo from film if you don't have a really good scanner. But I'd suggest a little bit of burning and dodging in some areas. Crop out the guy on the left he is quite distracting. And make sure you blow all the dust off before you enlarge it. But good job, I wish more people would post up film shots every once in a while.
I know it's a bit of an overused technique but you may want to consider putting some vignetting in the corners, especially the top ones. I personally don't find the filmer in the corner all that distracting. I think it adds to the 'story' of the photo a little bit, but I'm into journalism style photography, so I often think about that more so than fine details like airbrushing a corner or something like that. It's good to know i'm not the only one still shooting some film every now and again.
