they are setting up for the jam tomorrow. the setup will be open to the public afterwards on saturday and all day sunday. i would except to see a down rail and some sort of box feature?
nothing will be open to public until after the jam.
i know the guy at the shop that is running the jam (pure) and he is hoping for a flat down box, a long down rail, and a skateboard inspired feature; most likely using a kicker ramp and something to bonk.
i saw a flat box, down rail, and a dfd rail. not sure how they are gonna set it up though. they didnt do much work today besides put the rails where the comp is gonna be.
sweeet. I was sessioning everything for a bit after I signed up. then I got 2s onto the down rail. then i skid off to the side and i just stepped right out of my binding. BROKEN. disqualified myself from the jam and borrowed a pair of skis from a friend and shredded the mountain for the day which was mad fun!
before the comp started when I was still planning on being in it it was just disaster city. thats like the only trick everyone was trying on the dfd haha. the dfd is kinda weird at bush, which made it good for disasters however. its a short down and flat then a longer last down. so pumped for this season there.
