FKS hole pattern and question

Is the FKS pattern the same as the P/PX series.
I know this has been posted before but I couldnt find it

Also, how close to the existing holes can I mount new bindings to the old.

Basically I just bought some invaders that were drilled true center for a 27.5 boot (dont know BSL right now). I wear a 29.5 335 BSL. I plan on getting px12s. Do you think Ill have enough room?

The toe piece might be ok, it might be big enough of a size increase to move it forward and have enough space. The heel pieces are completely different, so some holes might interfere. The only way to know is to slap a pair of PXs on there and see.

Shouldn't be an issue.  The PX heel gives you a lot of wiggle room due to the long track.

Take them to a shop and see... they will be the ones mounting your skis- not newschoolers.

significant difference there, if you want true centre then you should be ok - make an adjustment for both toe and heel pieces about 1cm either way..heel holes will get close because of the different pattern, but shouldn't intefere.

Thanks. I will tell my shop to do that ^, or come as close to true center as they can without htting any old holes

What about the Griffon hole pattern?
Found a great deal on some and was wondering if I go 1cm forward in front and 1 back on the heels if Griffons would fit too?

Ok last question I hope

I am getting a pair of Marker Griffons. Do you think with this situation I should squeeze them behind the FKS pattern, or flip skis around (since invaders are symmetric) and mount them up backwards?
Would doing this ruin any chance for a third mount if I sell them at some point?
