so i saw a thread a while ago where somebody put up o a little stand up joke they had thought of, which seemed like a good idea, so here's a little something i thought of, and if nothing comes of it, it was a win for me because i always have these "funny" ideas but alwaiz!!! forget them, so at least i wrote this down.
and shiii, please don't waaaa if it's "too long", it's like a paragraph... although it is longer than most the papers i've written in my lifetime. Anyway critique it, or not. Also is there a comedy cult or something? if not, it might not be a bad idea...
Hey, so I’m kinda new to this whole comedy scene, and I’mkinda worried about how I’ll do. Because, I’m not really all that funnylooking, like say will Farrell, matt braunger, or mitch hedberg (hold a jointand slowly bring it to the side of your mouth but then put it to your eye likeglasses, idk I think he looks funny in glasses) but at the same time I am notreally really ridiculously good looking like say… Robert Pattinson, and hismovies are HILARIOUS!!!............pause….. I should probably think of somesort of vampire joke to end this part of my set but I didn’t really plan thatfar ahead, oh well …….. sooo NASCAR… and this is kid of a little insight intohow my head works, I was driving on the freeway, when I noticed like four carschanging lanes at the same time, it was kind of cool looking, then my mind ,wanders in to the realm of nascar, of course, where I imagine a race, and all it is is just constantblinkers, left, right, right, left, everybody at the same time, kinda twitchycuz that’s how race cars are. Then I was like well it’s a good thing nascar isan American thing because if this sport was going on in Britain it would behappening a little bit different. Like oh I don’t know they’d be driving theopposite direction, on the high side for some random reason, everybody golfclapping , continuously, for nine hours or whatever it is (golf clap) minus ofcourse the tea breaks, (still clapping)they’re clapping for all the turns andpasses ( blinker).
