Youtube=Slow as balls!

Is youtube being really slow for anyone else. I'm trying to watch Lineski and Destroy video and it has been loading for 20 minutes and i only have 35 seconds of video.

youtube has literally never been this slow for me i just downloaded music from Limewire and it was super fast so it has to be a Youtube problem.
