today my TJ pros arrived in the mail.
i have not ridden them yet, but i thought id post a short review, since there are non on the ski, and there are only few shops where you can actually touch them or get an impression of them.
1) Weight: extremely light weight. really these skis are very light, and feel like they have a very low swingweight.
2) design: i think its super dope. the graphics look insane. the blue will look rad on snow i suppose. ofcourse design depends on personal taste and that is different for everybody. but i think they look sick.
3) construction: solid sidewall ski. it is only moderately stiff. it feels very stiff under foot, but moderately soft in the tips and tails. butters are definitely possible. it is about as stiff as the tails of my ar6s. my ar6s have been riden for a season, so they might be a bit softer now, but, ya i think u can get a sense of the flex. the tips and tails are very bent up. i think they will throw a huge rooster tail. lengthwise, coreupt seems to run short. the ski is 183, but actually measures to about 180. my ar6 are maybe half a centimeter longer!!! so if your taller than 6 foot, you might want to go with colbys skis in 185. they seem like a very stable ski, and I find the dimensions of 116 / 88 / 116 are just perfect.
price: 349 € for me. its reasonable for a park ski.
4) customer service: ive had some issues with the time my skis took to arrive. on their website it says 48 hours. it took exactly one week for them to get to me. apart from that their customer service was very good. responded quickly to my emails, very friendly, and spoke english. oh and they forgot to send me a tracking email, but that wasnt too bad.
