Anyone wanna pank call a hotel???

hey guys i've been trying to book the convention in this hotel for a few days now, and the lady working the phone has been very rude. instead of talking to the manager i was wondering if people will call and ask about getting a quote for the convention center. her name is dawn..... see if we can make her act a little less rude to customers
