My new house (mega claim)

early in the year one of the biggest companys in australia went pretty much broke a $40 share became a 50 cent share, the changed some stuff around i put about $30 000 and after a few weeks it came up a bit and i made a bunch of money. so i bought a new car, new camera gear but most awesome of all i just bought a house.

Haha thats pretty cool. I've considered it, but TD Ameritrade requires a $500 minimum to start trading - I don't have THAT much excess cash.

And investing 30 k as there dropping is usually an awful idea. It's once thing if it's a new company that you think might blow up, and happen to get lucky. Something like google, microsoft...


That would be about as risky as you could do it. Something has to be wrong with the company to drop like that. But who knows, could have happened and got lucky. As for the pics, solid detective work people.

That would mean your stock dropped to 50 cents from $40, then sudden;y went up to $100 in 4 months? That doesn't seem that likely.

Some people are just like that. I sometimes believe them because I can't see the point of people lying about something so trivial. One kid at work Used to work in canada cutting trees. He'd be up 200 feet in trees, well taller than the trees actually grow where he was. He owuld have crazy stories for everything. He had a hayabusa 2600, that eventually turned into a 3600.He would ride up an down the interstate doing whellies at 200 and blast by cops, and they would wave to him. Or race 5 bikes side by side at night with cops. Then he moved to CA but i found out he only made it as far as PA. Idk it's makes people feel good I guess.

This guy was plain out lucky. Go take out 5k from the bank and buy 5k worth of penny stock. YOUR ODDS of getting a 20,000% THATS TWENTY THOUSAND PERCENT are next to 0, your odds of DOUBLING UR money (50%) at a craps table by placing on red or black ARE BETTER THAN THIS.

I highly doubt this shit as even penny stocks are not this volatile, go look up how many stocks on the NYSE or the NASDAQ went up 20,000% heck even 10,000% in 5 months and i'm sure you can count the number of stocks on your fingers. So out of the 9000+ stocks this guy could have bought he bought the 1 that went up, and had the guts to hold on. I call bullshit.

Whoever thinks making money in stocks is easy is a fkin idiot. I'll be honest i started "trading" with 6000$ last year, and have made 0% return on that money, at one point i was down 50% and now am basically at breakeven and i'm sick and tired of it and i'll probably pull my money out. It is hard work, part of your success is luck.

This whole thing is bullshit.

He spent 30k on stocks that had just dropped from $40, to 50 cents. In 4 months the stock went from 50 cents to $100. The pics aren't his. The surfboards have already shown not to be his. Th house is on a real estate site.The thread is bullshit, why can't people figure that out.

If you want to make money, at least in terms of your current currency, without the risk, try investing in precious metals. In the stock market it's easier to lose a fortune than to make one.
