this.

but when u go skiing, either with a day pass or a season pass, dont you agree to the thing that says, "skiing is a dangerous sport...shit happens" and esp if the kid tried to move out of the guys way, but was unable to...this whole thing is fucked up.

thats some fucking bullshit. it pisses me off to see assholes like this skiing. the kid was only 7 cut him some slack. big deal you fell over once. falling is a fucking part of skiing. its one thing if somebody runs into you on purpose but  when a 7 year old accidentally runs into you because you cut him off you dont fucking sue him. especially when hes trying to apologize to you. this guy must be some big douche bag
