Mini very likely paid them to do those.  It does seem like a strange combination though.  Maybe there is an untapped market of mini enthusiast-skiers?

i've pivked up some skis to look at dimensions and think "wait... that cant be right..."
then i realize that it went tail, mid, tip. so it could be the case here

Honestly...the whole..mini idea..is pretty gay..but take the little mini off the bottom..and brand em armada and those skis are sick...I relly love the graphic honestly

Those skis are sick.  Mini Coopers are also sick, the OG ones make awesome little suped up rally cars, and the new Cooper S is lots of fun to drive. They are like little go carts.  I wouldn't buy a Mini or anything, but they are chill little cars with a long history.  Its not like if they made Scion TC skis.  Mostly the graphic is just cool though.  Plus K2 makes PBR skis and those are cool so why not?

I don't see why everyone's pannies are in a bunch.  Mini's are awesome.  Yea it is a little odd to have a ski based on a car, but w/e.  I like them.

Ferrari does this too, as well as Porche, Nissan and Jeep. There are Jeep and Hummer mountain bikes too.

Cross branding has been going on for a while now, and often these are included in special branded packages by car manufacturers
