Rocker tail? wtf?!

So i undershot my front flip today and landed on the tails of my skis. when i looked at my right ski. the tail had become rockered (i ride 09 thalls). my ski isn't fucked up right? I'm scared ns. there brand new skis!

dont worry ur skis are fine, if its a little rockered its no big deal because skis are supposed to take tht kind of heat but if its alotta rockered...warranty

haha true that. i just thuoght of how much of a bitch it would be  to get skis warrantied. u got take off the bindings. send the thalls back. recieve the new skis. mount them and wax them. tht gotta take at least a month and about 70 bucks imo lmao. and its season

to be honest u cant tell its really rockered until you actually hold the ski up to your face and look at the tail from eye level. but its still rockered FUCK

bring them back to the store you bought them at. They should take care of the warranty for you. And pay for shipping costs.

It's not rockered.  It's broken (sounds broken at least).  There is a BIG difference.  If the T-Hall is not meant to be rockered in the tail you have an exteremly valid warranty claim.  Send them back.  Don't ski on broken skis. You're just asking for them to fail on you when you're trying to use them.  Which means that there's a much better chance you'll get hurt.  A lot of brands are pretty quick about turning a legitimate warranty around these days.

Just call and ask.  It's pretty simple.  And completely worth it.

Same thing happened to me check the thread (pics included)

I sent mine back and they never told me what was wrong with them, but they did repair them somehow and sent them back to me. I ended up going to the shop that I purchased them from and asked for a new pair

you should first check with the shop if they wont do it then send them to armada

I busted up the core on a pair of ARVs ... not with as much style, but rockered them non the less. they still worked, and I looked really progressive.  the tips just flapped around more than they did before.

the ski was basically garbage,  but It got me down the hill for the rest of the year

it takes like two weeks, its not that bad, you pay for shipping one direction to them, they pay for sending them back, mounting takes overnight. do it now while its still early so you dont miss it when the season is actually kicking.

I've had 2 pairs of armadas, and they are imo some of the best skis I've ever ridden, and Ive never had a problem. I also have 2 or 3 friends with >1 pair and no complaints. We don't baby these skis either.

you got the good ones. I have only had one pair, as I don't buy crap twice.  I have 2 friends who had the same/similar problems .... and one of them was a chick who totally babied her skis. I guess just 50% of their skis are shit... better odds than the lottery.  Oh, and my armada poles .... should I even start? the paint came off in 3 months and I loose a basket about once every 4 months thanks to their weak attachment system. ... The pole has also separated from the grip about 4 times ... but I don't think I should complain about that too much, as my arm is still attached to my body.
