Panasonic HDC-TM300 or Canon hf s10?

I was really thinking about getting the canon, and the hfs10 because its so much cheeper then the s10, but then i was how much better reviews the panasonic got. any one know much about this?

1/2.6" comos chip vs (3) 1/4.1" cmos chips.

id personally go with the panny, but i like 3 small chips vs 1 bigger chip.
