Tanner Hall ruined my friend's wedding reception

So anyway, it was my friend's wedding the other day, and the DJ for the reception cancelled at the last minute. My friend was getting really stressed, so I said that I would DJ. I have no knowledge of DJing, or any vinyls, so I just hooked up my Macbook to the sound system, and played songs from my iTunes.


Anyway, when it was time for the slow dance, I played Eric Clapton's 'Wonderful Tonight', as requested. It's a long song, so to kill some time, I decided to go on NS for a bit.

I inadvertently scrolled over the Tanner Hall advert. And so, the romance was shattered by Tanner Hall announcing, at full volume, that he was 'getting a little salty'.

In my haste to close the window, I accidentally minimised it, allowing Tanner to complete his repertoire of phrases.

So, the enduring memory of my friend's wedding will be Tanner's salty body being announced to all present.

no, they aren't that bad, they are fucking brutal. Dont bitch me out about bithing about the adds, i realize they pay for the site to keep running, but what i dont understand is what the fuck whoever was in charge of those ads was thinking. They really dont make me, or probably many other people to want to purchase the products, so they failed miserably.

i rolled over this in class with my volume super high. pisses me off. I am actually buying new pivots just because their add doesn't move and or talk to me (and they are awesome bindings to start with). I'm also boycotting oakley and smith until they stop pissing me off with their ads.

Is that who is in those ads at the top of all ski sites?  I fricking hate them so fucking much!!  My cursor goes over them inadvertently all the time, and they are SO FUCKING ANNOYING.  They are like a fucking land mine you try to avoid!!

I know I'll probably get hate for this, but just use Adblock Plus. Don't block all ads - just the stupid tanner ones. That way, you're only taking a small amount of ad revenue they get from you away from NS and not all the ad revenue they would get from you.

That's what newschoolers does. It sucks you in through months of entertainment, and then one day you realize your grades are awful, any work ethic you used to have is gone, and you have ruined a wedding reception.
