Binding problem

Hello,

I got a problem with my ski bindings. Last year at the closing day I tried a hand drag and my from binding completly pop off my ski with all the screws on it. I went to the shop to fix it and they did. But yesterday, I skied at the arena and it happened again. It seems that it doesn't fit in the hole anymore. What should I do?

unfortunately the holes are probably stripped. where are the bindings mounted right now?

They aren't perfectly centered right now. Can i move them like a inch or two forward ? Or it's too bad for my ski?

Basically, you really have 2 choices.
1. Heli coil the existing holes and see how that holds up.
2. Remount (yes drilling again is fine since they have only been drilled once (right?)  )

As said above, you can heli coil, unless they already were, then you have to remount.

OR you can just remount the ski, as long as they've only been drilled once before. You just have to make sure to move the binding far away so that the holes aren't close to each other. Usually a cm is fine.

Yeah they only had been drilled once. I think the best would be to drill them again so they could be perfectly centered right? But what does it do if you drill them more than twice?

What skis do you have? Knowing this, we can recommend some mounting positions for you.

k2 public enemy, 08 i think, the ones with the soldiers and stairs like the painting.But i got also the new afterbang it's just that i would like to have these two pairs of ski

Many people say its fine to remount a pair of skis 3 times as long as the holes arnt too close together, just take them back to your shop and they will fill the old holes and mount the bindings in a new position for ya. You could get them center mounted but since you already have afterbangs try and keep the pe's mounted a few cm's back from center.

One more option, (maybe) if you are already planning to get your afterbangs center mounted and don't want the PE's center mounted is if you need to buy new bindings you can buy new bindings with a different hole pattern. If the whole patter is different you might be okay. Probably just mount them forward a little bit and that is your easiest option.

No my bindings aren't broken they just got out of their holes but if i mount them 2-3 cm forward it's still not center mounted so I guess it'll be okay but thanks for the advice.
