that happened to me the first couple of days on my new full tilts to, my advice would be to give them some time and if they keep hurting i would either go back to the shop and explain what happened or look in to getting ur boots punched out.
You're going to have to wear them for a while before they'll stop hurting. Wear them if you ever end up just chiliin' in your dorm room or something, thats a good way to break them in without making a day of skiing super painful.
When I'm skiing on new boots I try to buckle them up as tight as I normally would while actually skiing, and then as soon as I hit the lift I unbuckle them completely except for the power strap. Makes it much less painful, you still get them broken in, and you can still ski good.
Mine took about 2 weeks of 3 hour days. So thats 52 hours in the boots. It does take a while, but they will get broken in.
So i have this exact problem (middle outer part of my foot hurts) but i got my full tilts molded and then i put ski footbeds into them (after they were molded).
Any suggestions on what to do? Ive skied in them for two days and its pretty painfull after a couple runs...
