How do you do superman front flips in the game jibbin

i just started playing and i was watching a video of a guy playing the game and he did a superman front flip

wrong thread but since im a born-again Jibbin addict you have to get a special grab pack and the rest is all timing.

And when you get the grab pack and set you will (most likely) have to push z and x, or c and v to do a super man front. Thats what it is on most grab packs. my 2 cents
