Suggestions on first lincoln attempt?

pick a point straight out in front off you and wait until your rotation leads you around to the same spot

but this will defnitely keep you on the correct axis

also make sure to get slightly forward on the take off and get a good pop

yea settin a grab always gets your shoulders into it. i roll with my right shoulder first so i set a japan grab with my right hand to drop my right arm/head. then the rest will follow.

do work. find one spot to look at in thedistance(a non moving somthing) and think about rotating around that

Look directly at a non moving object the whole time. Big pop, knees up, ear to shoulder, commit.

This may confuse more than help, but if you want to throw an old school lincoln, practice a few cart wheels.  Then hit the jump and try to get the same rotation.  This helps me because I have a tendency to go into a misty rotation.

the biggest tip i can give you: KEEP YOUR HEAD UP!

people try and spot their landing as they flip... this really just fucks with your body position. Keep your head up and focus on something off in the distance... once you feel your body coming around start to spot for your landing.
