Dose anyone here ride the EP's and are over 175? Im 175 and am really want the ep's but might go with the bents since they are stifer,

Too soft.  They bents are soft too, but not nearly as bad.

Stiffer, probably a better bet.  Or bibbys if you want something that is a little more versatile.

look into the on3p caylors, they are basically a stiffer hellbent.

chopstick would be a good option as well, but id check out the caylors first.

on3p caylor would be perfect for you. slightly stiffer ski then bents

depends what you want them for if you wanna do butters n bc/jibbing ect.. no they wont be to soft, if you just want a general wide pow ski probs look elsewhere

Chopsticks are definitely stiffer than Bents. They ride switch easily everwhere, and are very comfortable dropping cliffs. The only thing I didnt like about them was that they felt pretty heavy, but since your a bigger guy, it probably wont be a problem. They are awesome skis though

surface new life. ive heard they are essentially stiffer, lighter, more fun symmetrical hellbents.

I go out west 4 times a year haha. But my shop has a pair on hold for me but i still think i might go with the chopstix

I just went from Hellbents to EPs and I'm a touch over 180. Mind you I play around a lot, they're not a pure pow-pow ski for me.

Or mabey surface new life same concept as eps and hellbents just stiffer. I'v skied new lifes and i must say they were pretty sick i thought that my eps were more playfull but thats probably cause im smaller ( around 145 when i skied them) and honestly it doesn't get much more playfull then eps. super dope if your in the market for that style of ski and might want something a little stiffer then a wet noodle.

Im 6' 195 andI have the hellbent and the EP's, and both are way fun. The EP's are alot more playfull, but if your gona be opening it up on big lines the hellbents are awesome. If you go with the EP's make sure to get at least a binding that goes up to a 16 din.

lutsen has 1000ft of vertical and ass loads of snow. if you live in the right spot mn can have decent amounts of pow.
