It's not legal in my state (washington), It's grain alcohol, not vodka,

if you drink it you will become a terrorist alcoholic

and it's probably not legal in SLC, mormons are like alcohol nazis

Its legal to possess, the state just chooses not to sell it. We gotta fucked up liquor control board here in WA, all liquor stores owned and operated by the state = the shittiest hours ever up until like 2 years ago when they figured "hey we can actually make some decent money if we stay open past 5pm on a fucking Saturday or stay open for at least a few hours on the 4th of July!" Taxed pretty tough here on liquor. oh well.

three shots? I disagree, its only like a little more than double a normal shot. 

We make pj with it all the time and we use a handle of everclear, 3 gallons of punch, and a lot of chopped up fruit.  Let the fruit soak in straight everclear for a day or two and then add it all to the punch.

you can get an entire party shitfaced with like two batch of that

At a Jam over the summer, my friend found a nearly-full bottle of that stuff.  Only the neck was cleared.

He was just handing the bottle to anyone he knew and killing them with straight ev-r-clear!

hahaha everclear my first experience with this was bad. my friends and i decided to get a lil tipsy before going to watch our highschool football team(we suck and its a little more fun drunk). anyways i had about 7 shot of rum and feeling pretty good. our other friend came to drive us to the game, and i realized i only had enough money to get into the game and not enough for gas. so the driver pulls out a little bit of everclear(probably about 4 shots) he told me if i drank the rest he wouldn't make me pay for gas. me being unaware of the power of this,and not being competently of sound mind drank it all. when we get to the game im too drunk to go in, so my friends go watch the game while im slippin in and out of consciousness in the car...... theres a story for my kids

spark note: got talked into drinkin everclear then passed out in the car

My experience with everclear: BAD

I mixed it half/half with red Gatorade and decided to play beer pong with that as my drink(water in the cups).

Needless to say, I ended the night with no clothes on and no idea of where I was.

Oh and Everclear is indeed legal in Utah, including the 190 proof kind (here in Cali you can only get 151 proof). It may be difficult to find though.

It is legal. You have to get it from the state liquor store, and you are limited to I think 3 small bottles per person.
