We freak out at the mention of 911, a few thousand people dying. around 3k I believe. The atomic bombs killed over 200,000 people.

If pearl harbor is part of your case scratch that. Pearl harbor was a military base. We blow up the "enemy's" military bases all the time. We see it on the news and we support it. Bombing the other sides military bases happens all the time, it's called war.

On the other side you could argue that other than killing a ton of people, we actually helped make japan what it is today. They rebuilt extremely well.

I actually voted for Ron Paul even though it didnt count. I would rather vote for him than one of the main bs candidates.

It's cool that he has a real grasp on economics. And the fact that he is sometimes the only one to say no to an unconstitutional bill. I followed him pretty heavily through the campaign. Hoped something might change in the election, unfortunately it didn't.

i watched them all like a year ago, and again recently. the guy also does a bill of rights class that is really good. the constitution one is like 6hrs. tons of info, totally changed the way i thought. now when i go out drinkin and politics comes up i win the arguments lol

I know. Unfortunately the problem seems to be, that most of them can't debate the facts. They can call your argument "flimsy". Or call you carazy, say your wrong, but they can't point out flaws in your argument. If they try to you have enough facts to support your statements, already can figured out where their argument is heading based on researching it from both sides and trying to prove disprove everything.Knowledge is power, and freedom. To bad more people don't open their minds.

i couldnt agree with you more. if you read the communist manifesto it's scary how similar our country is to communism. people don't really question the government anymore cause they think they can't. "free speech zones" are retarded. they can't tell you where and when you can speak, and these are at every convention. it seems everybody has forgotten about We the People. The people who say this is all bullshit conspiracy are very ignorant. They are blinded by their prior biases. They aren't open to really finding out that their bubble world isn't real. As for the conspiracies, there are many out there. there is a lot of bullshit sandwiched in with the question for truth. It's infiltrated many movements and is being pushed by people like Alex Jones.

People like to generalize things. Without really getting into any in depth research they right the whole idea off because off some crazy person of bs idea. If you believe the government has killed the economy, taken away oour freedoms, than you also believe that they are hiding the fountain of youth, or that aliens abducted you last night.


When people are already having such a near impossible time bursting out of their bubble world, seeing the the over the top conspiracy theories is enough to rationalize grouping anything other then their bubble world into mindless out of touch conspiracy theories.  And they have "facts" to back it up sometimes. It's interesting when your beliefs can't even hold up against the writing in the legislation, let a lot the facts of what the government has done and how it has affected the country.

It's common now to see military holding machine guns in airports today. You can get put on a no fly list, if your a "terrorist" threat.

Plus there are so many flaws in the official 911 story. The fact that they carted away all the evidence from the site and then way later released the very weak report on everything.

 the fed is printing more and driving the value of the U.S. dollar down to the point where soon nobody will want to invest in it. brazil stopped exporting rice to the U.S. and the value jumped almost over night. they did that because they don't want our money. it's not based on anything intrinsic. i stopped going to the bar and started buying silver coins, because when the dollar does collapse, and it will, i maybe able to buy a bit of food with it. or maybe whiskey. if you think getting a lift ticket or buying a new set of bindings right now is expensive, and things keep going the way they are, next year you'll miss the entire season, and probably 10 more after that. bread, milk, eggs, cheese, meat, and almost everything else in your grocery store has gone up a lot in price the past couple years.

its not completely ridiculous, but it is just a theory, and the feasibility of it is just questionable, at best. I'll try to get through this the best i can then:

-they carted all of it away because it was in the middle of the city. The odds of people tampering with it more, and souvenir hunters and people like that could cause problems. And imagine having to go to work, and drive by, walk past, or see the rubble of a place where a few thousand people, some of whom you knew, died...right from your desk.

-i don't see whats so ridiculous about this. Paper can survive a plane crash. Everything from those planes went everywhere. A better point to ask would be how they managed to find it, considering how much paper there was amongst everything else in the area.

-the jet fuel didn't need to melt the steel. It just needed to heat it up. If they had melted them, the buildings would have come down instantly. Instead it heated the steel to the point where it could bend. Factor in all the weight being supported by these now bendable steel beams, and it's bound to come down.

-9/11 also saw the first time large, fully fueled commercial jets were intentionally crashed into a building at extremely high speeds. That may play a role in the collapse...

-massive difference between a hotel on fire, and a 110 story plane that was hit by a very large aircraft going very fast. The stress loads due to the impact etc etc had a huge effect.

-no they were not. One of the designers said it MIGHT be able to withstand impact from a 707, which is an older, smaller aircraft, and he meant an aircraft lost approaching new york's airports, one traveling slowly, and not intentionally being flown into it as fast as possible.

-not quite sure what you mean, being that all the hijackers are dead. Though there will of course be people involved in the plot who are still alive, just because it takes more people than just the hijackers. There were also several hijackers per plane, we don't know which one was the pilot in command, so the fact that 1 of them was a poor pilot in even a cessna means nothing. He may not have even touched the controls.

-John Lear isn't exactly the most reputable source. I'm not sure what exactly the test was, as i haven't heard of it. But john lear ALSO claims that they were missiles that hit the tower, covered up with hologram technology. Then where are the planes? Funny, because i clearly remember leaving for school on 9/11/01, in my town outside boston, and looking up, and seeing the united airlines flight leaving. And at that point, it was not a cruise missile.

All I know is there is no conspiracy...I've seen extremely graphic pictures from the scenes, not the bullshit pics or videos in loose change. There are even some on government websites at the pentagon with bodies burnt to a crisp and plane seats scat erred everywhere.

The Gov may have let it happen, but they weren't behind it. This wouldn't benefit them at all, if you think it caused preemptive reasoning for attacking afghan, they could have just sniped one citizen and said it was al qaueda and bam, justification.
