If your buying your first pair of skis get a pair of these. From the nose there sort of fat a good base and great fot jibs. There a little noodlely so stomp those landings. At the tail there a little thinner ohh and the tips have metal re-enforcements and a wood core. The sweet thing is there decently priced for like 290$. Thats it hope it helped you
