Question, whenever i go on huge skiing trips i tend to gain weight..
How much on average does skiing burn calories? Telemark skiing?

There are too many variables to anwser that question. If you are worried about getting fat then don't eat too much crap food.

its not about gaining weight.. i exercise its just curiousity of how much calories skiing burns.

well, being lazy jibbing rails while lapping the park on a lift - probably not too many calories. I mean, you're pretty much just sitting around and standing with the odd hop.

touring for the day, gaining 1000m vertical and skiing physically demanding terrain... you could probably get away with the odd poutine on the weekend. just not every day fool!
