Too big for Armada JJ?

Hi everybody,

I want to get the Armada JJ's 185cm, but I'm not sure if it would be a get decision as I'm 6,2 weighing 180lb.

Any help?

they ski really short but i'm 6'1 175 and i had a damn good time on them

you can defiantly get them i have a friend who is like 6'3 and probably 210 and a good skier and he rides um so you should too

Awesome!! Thanks for the quick answers - gettin' them tomorrow then... What about the mounting? Quite confused in this area. I know they recommend the -5 line, but since I go switch around 30% of the time I was thinking maybe -2,5?

Does my height or weight play a role when choosing where to mount?

further forward you go the shorter they will ski

take into consideration that with the incredibly short sidecut any movement in mounting will greatly influence the way the ski rides

i mounted mine at recommended, i have heard of people hating them anywhere else but then again tanner rides his at -2.5

I ride the Alpha 2 182 and im 6'4 190. I love them, but then again I like the feel of shorter skis.

Yeah... Guess the best way to go would be to mount them as recommended. I can always remount them later:)
