are they any good? i know next to nothig when it comes to ski bindings

and would they work mounted on suspects with full tilts?

Ski bindings and boots are standardized.  Yes they will work.

they are pretty heavy, sit high off your skis, and the heel track is prone to cracking. 

you would be way better off with a pair of older FKS or pivots

another option would be just step up to the PX 14. I have those and love them!
