Here is to winter, no matter how far out she may be, here we celebrate her soon arrival.  On December 5th we are set to have a killer Rail Jam a mile from our retail location in West Springfield MA. 

We have good amount of you guys already interested in attending and many of you are already signed up.  At first when we set the date we knew there would be some availability issues for some skiers and snowboarders who we're set to attend the overwhelming amazing Rails To Riches Rail Jam.  We totally feel for you guys who fall into that category and are here to help make things better. 

If you're one of the registered R2R guys or girls and want to get out on this Sat, please post it here.  We are welcoming you with open arms to come to our event. 

The Jam will be held at Cook Park in West Springfield and you can swing by the shop before had to get your registration all finalized.

Thanks for the props man.  These are a few of the crew that were originally scheduled to be in the R2R Event.  Many of them film in the most popular edits including Traveling Circus and The Gold Projuct, some have been in seasonal hits such as Will Wesson in Wild Stallions.

the name actually came from out west but the owner carried the name with him to ma, they do a lot of online business on coloradoskioutlet.com and coloradoskishop.com is for the physical shop in west springfield

Guys, thank you for the local and distant love for this event.  I just drove to the local ice rink in my hometown and guess what.  There is a pile of snow that will be roughly five or more truck loads worth!!!  Take this, as well as what FLUFF is bringing, on top of other local rinks and we're sure to have enough snow to make some extra features on the side.  Would love to see a mini kicker or some sorts :D

If anybody is local in the 413 or 860 an has a truck or access to one, give me a call tomorrow.  We will set up a location for you to help do a trip or two.  The number to call is 413-746-4144.

i'm pretty sure i read somewhere that they're doing separate categories. though i'm not sure how they'll divide seeing as there's 2 standout skiers and like 70 other ones....

they're gonna keep it fair. Pros wont be included in the comp, but will be sessioning all day. I was there earlier today and the hill is PERFECT and there is already a lot of snow and more should be coming! Gonna be an AWESOME time!

BE SURE TO BRING A SIGNED WAIVER IF YOU'RE UNDER 18.  If you're coming with a parent they can sign for you there.

If you're over 18 and haven't filled out the waiver we have them on hand at the Registration Tent (Yellow LibTech) - you're looking for Brandon. 

$10 + Waiver + Helmet + CSS Shirt = Fun time

11-2 Jam Session

1-3(maybe 4): Competition and Judging

3-6: Awards and free food back at the shop

After 6 it's 21+ Party down in Springfield

hey ran the whole extended S rail.  nasty all day though.  Ian Compton and Will Wesson helped on the judgment.  Cant wait to see Nate Keyes kill the adult class.  Ian, two or three years, you've got some challenge!

great job by colorado ski shop, positive vibes all day. i've got about 2 hours of footage to pick through from the day, just got mad hw due tuesday so after that i'll work on the edit as fast as i can

sick, I can't wait to see some sick edits and awesome pictures!

BTW, this thread get's my 2000th post because it was such a SICK rail jam - best of the year by far and I went to all 7 of the Sundown jams!
