Dalbello/fulltilt !!! who tried both? HELP!

so, i'm pretty tall, and cause of that my foot is pretty long too (and narrow, thats why i don't really like my spk's)

i need new boots and tried fulltilt's last w'end. the size was a 29.5! they are like just a little too small....now i got my eyes on the dalbello il moro...biggest size available is also a 29.5.

NOW MY QUESTION: does the dalbello fit a bit bigger? or are they the same? cause when the dalbello 29.5 is just minimini bigger, it would prolly fit me!

would be stoked about an answer..cause i have to drive 1h to the nearest store with dalbellos.!

I had Dalbello Raves before I got Full Tilts. I was a 27.5 Dalbello and my Full Tilts are 26.5. Hope that helps.

hehe mh ye...that kinda means that dabello's are too small for me anyway, cause a 29.5 fulltilt would be a 30.5 dabello and that one does not exist!!????....kinda makes me sad....no 3 buckle shoes around that would fit my foots. and spks are not narrow enough..and i cant tighten em enough to make my heel fit where it should stay in the boot... :( any other ideas?

i tried on both and dalbello seemed a little bit bigger, but not that much...

in my experience the full tilt mold runs small. I wear a 26.5 in everything and a 27.5 full tilt is the right length. I would guess that the il moros probly run a bit longer

The FT mold is usually shorter for the same size (for example a 28 FT is 318mm, 27 Salomon is 317mm).  If you simply tried on the 29.5 and thought it was too tight, you should really try it on with a good pair of footbeds and have it heat molded.  Most shops will do that for you even if you just want to see how different it feels because they know that the fit definitely changes once you mold it up (especially if you put on a toe cap).  Ask if they will do that given that you are a serious buyer.  Chances are they will and you will notice a big difference.

I had full tilt booters in 26.5 and they were tight and then tried dallbello kryptons in 26.5 and they were a little longer and wider

What this guy said, pretty much. If you are interested in the FTs, and you are looking to buy from a shop with a bootfitter, they will make them fit.

I recently just got a pair of Dalbello Voodoo boots, and I tried FT's there at the shop too. I got the Voodoos in a 29.5 and they fit fine. My normal sneaker size is around 12.5 or so, and previously I was using a size 31 Salomon, so yeah you should be good in Dalbellos.  But of course go give em a try at a shop and see how you fit into them. I'd prefer a boot a little more snug than too loose anyway.

dalbello has a 98mm foot bed. one of the smaller sizes i guess.... you might want to consider this.

the il moro fits snug. i have some proton 8's from 08-09, and they are like 101 or 103, and these are il moro's are definitely snug.

no experience with full tilt. just saying i don't think the il moro is a boot with room in mind?

OP said he has a narrow foot. And FT's are 98 mm too.
