Wear clothes that are 5x too big, lean back to the point of it being fundimentally detrimental to your skiing, and even if you land shitty, just stand up all and lean back and shove your arms down to make it look like it was easy as pie to fuck up and land horribly wrong after a sketchy ass straight air.

It doesn't look like anyone gave you help so I will try to.  I used to flail everything, and still do flail some stuff.  Don't try afterbanging or pulling your arms in when you land or any of that shit.  Just keep doing tricks and eventually they will feel natural and you will flail less.  I skied all last year without poles, and now that I am using poles again this year it seems like I am not flailing at all.  When spinning try going for grabs.  When on rails and boxes just don't thin about it, just do what is natural.  After practice you will begin to get some steeze without even trying or thinking about it.  Good luck man.

All steeze is is you being comfortable with a trick and doing it.  The more you do it the more you will be steezy on that trick and in general.  Most flails are because of something you did to cause you body to act like that so think about it or ask advice from other skiers who are watching you or riding with you.
