I had a pretty serious injury last season with my shoulder, I was out for about 3 weeks. Ill be honest itll probably get frustrating but try to always stay positive and work towards getting better. As soon as your clear for doing pysio you should train as hard as you can to build up the muscle, I made the mistake of not doing that and now I face the consequences
