I have the booters and after last season I wanted some extra support and fit in the soles. I know the liner is supposed to be good but i was wondering if anybody has put custom footbeds in the liner? I dont think it will be an issue but i wanted some more opinions.
intuitions arent even meant to be skied with the footbed that is in the liner. Take it out and look at it. It is completely flat and there is no support at all. Really the only purpose for having that little tiny footpad thing in there is to be a template to cut a custom footbed out of.
Intuitions are not intended to be skied if they are un-molded or if custom footbeds are not in the liner.
Superfeet, Custom Kork Red cork footbeds are the best ski boot footbeds I've ever worked with. The only way to get better support is to go with a physician made plastic orthotic. Just make sure that whatever shop you use has a bootfitter that knows what he or she is doing. It's a touchy process. If they don't really know much then use a simple footbed like Arch Mold's or trim to fit Superfeet.
