Ok so I just bought a pair of Rossignol Freeski 110 XL Ski Bindings (100 mm) 2010 Im 145lbs 5 9 and I was wondering if I am going to pop out too easily as they are only a 11din binding I bought from evo so if its needed return should be ok

you only weigh 145 so i wouldn't think popping out prematurely would be an issue. if you are gonna grow some more than i'd go for a 12 or 14 din binding. used to weigh 180 and had p10's (10 din) on my chronics without any problems.

you should be fine, just make sure that they set the forward pressure right (if you dont know how or what it is just pm) and if they set it to the "chart" din settings i usually bump it up one or two points depending where your skiing, i wouldnt ride over a 9 if i were you, its too risky to fuck up your knees

If your bsl is 295 and your a type III, your din would be 6.5 and from there it goes down the larger your boot sole is so i'd say you are fine. just make sure the forward pressure is correct and instead of cranking the din add a touch extra forward pressure it'll hold better and you won't have to crank the din.
