Replying to I need to rant

So I have had this job since 7/2008.  I moved from Denver to Pocatello, ID for the company to open a store.  I was prommissed all this money and sales.  The area was really slow.  They then asked me to move to Sun Valley, just for a few months.  I was like well I have a GF here in Pocatello and I bet she would be mad.  So long story short I moved again!  Now the region manager moved out to another region and a fellow store manager got the region postition with out even doing any interviews.  WTF!  The guy who left is mormon and the the region manager is mormon. ( I think thats why he got it).  So I am complaining about money, I neeed motre pay for what I do.  They say hey if you sell 55 phones we will give you an extra $500 on top of whatever else you make.  Im stoked, sell the crap out of everyone I can.  (no 55 is not a lot but it is in a little town with only like 5 people walking in a day).  So today comes.  I sold 54.  I was like hey I know I dit not hit 55 but i did hit 54.  Can I get like 85% or something of the payout?  he's like no, I feel you did not earn it.  I got pissed and was like "i am not talking aobut this now and said bye"  he calls me and says " where should I send your write-up"?  Im like WTF.  He wrote me up for not waiting for him to say bye.  WTF!!!!!  STUPID ASS MORMONS!L.  So i put my two weeks in and talked my employee into it also.  Hey, i know thats messed up but she is looking for a new job anyway and we both are not making money at all.  He said "everyone in this region is replaceable"  so hey replace us.
