So I just started using Canon Vixia HF200 camera and have already run into problems. The people at the store, the manual and anywhere online I have looked has given me the same directions to transfer my video clips I have taken on the cam to the computer I am using. I am supposed to use the supplied disc to load the programs onto my computer and then use the Pixela Imagemixer 3 se software to save my videos to my computer.
I leave my SD card in my camera, plug in the USB cable as it says in the manual and then go to the program. The problem is whenever the program opens it will not allow me to click on "Save Files to PC" button to transfer all my vid off my cam to my comp.
Has anyone had experience with this cam and is there any other way to get the files off my SD card? I have put the card in my card reader on my comp but it won't let me take the videos off my cam to put on my comp.
ps: searchbarred and found nothing, if there is something on this already point me to it instead of droppin repost claims and bein of no help
