correct me if i am wrong, because there is a very good chance i am. but upon arrest police are entitled to an initial "pat down" where they are allowed to do an initial pat down checking for fire arms or other weapons that could be used as weapons.
maybe im getting being detained and arrested mixed up, becuase upon detainment they do not have the authority to a strip search. And none of us have seen what led up to the video, whether he was arrested or detained upon suspicion, or whether he was fleeing. if he was running then he waved all his rights
