Reverse sidecut or at least a fair amount of taper is the way to go. I'm 6'1" 175 lbs and have 07/08 202 DPS Lotus 138s(flex 2(stiffer than the majority of pow skis out there(and most skis in general)). Mine are rocker 2, which has the small tail rocker(instead of the bigger rocker 1 tail rocker, and even bigger rocker 3 and 3.1(which also have an even bigger tip rocker). Even with that they turn super easily in tight trees and kill it charging anything that's loose. The only place I don't like them are truely tight, small moguls, which we don't have very often. Mediumish moguls are fine, trees, crud, powder bumps, crud and even groomers are all fun to me. In chunky icy crap they work(not super fun, but it's not like anybody ever aims to do that all day). By far my favorite ski ever..DPS really gives the most effort by far of any brand out there in their pow skis. The pure carbon(what I have, 9.3lbs a pair..so light) are like $1200 new, but the new hybrid with bamboo/carbon/fiberglass is only $800(which, when comparing to other skis in this category isn't much more for a much better ski). The comparisons people have done with Donner Parties and ARGs have all said these are much better at charging..They are the only reverse sidecut ski designed for charing over trees(which you can see in the mount) but they still do great anywhere. get them, and if you really want a shorter ski get the 192s, you have to be a strong skier everywhere to handle the 202s with ease: http://dpsskis.com/ski/lotus138
If you don't want reverse sidecut charging skis for some reason.. Then the Rossi S7(Super 7) is available in a 195 with extra metal sheets to stiffen it this year. It is apparently a bit hard to get though. The last ski I'd recommend is a 193 EHP, it is backed by plenty of happy chargers on TGR(just like 138s). Good luck!
