check out the mike hornbeck unaffiliated edit on vimeo it has a ton of examples.  it is when you are about to land but right before you hit you change your body position, its kind of hard to explain.  peep the video and you will figure it out.

haha truckers n' tights has some good shit in it. worm turns are on boxes. you kinda of lie down in the slide and then spin on the box. like barrel roll

butter to your hands and then 3 out (you need a quater pipe or slanted hill for that,duh)

or just do that and summersault to your you feet again

try it some time its hella easy and you can do it like on anything
