I could be wrong but aren't Marker Bindings all plastic? I would like to know if the pivots are metal or plastic.
-AND instead of making a new thread...
What which pivots, or fks, would work for me. I ski all park and am 175 cm at 131 lbs. I'm planing on getting Moment Reno jibs. Any suggestions? I have no clue what the 140 and 180 and shit means. So if someone could expand on that, that would be awesome.
I bought a pair of Look P12's back in 04/05 and the brake on one of them cracked and was un-repairable after the first month or so of having them. I brought them back to the shop, they hooked it up for me through Look for a new pair of the P12's for the cost of shipping, had them remounted, beat on them for the next 4 seasons and they are in mint shape still.
I have never had a pair or Markers so I cannot speak on behalf of them.
I've been debating this question lately for use on my new Line Prophet 100's. I've had Marker's on my orange 1080's and got Look px12 jib's on my CR Johnson 1080s and have had good luck with both. I must say that the Looks do make me feel better about my knees even if it is just marketing or whatever. Although apparantly Line recommends the Marker's to "get the maximum performance"... ???
Anyone know the difference between the Rossi FreeSki2 Ti 140s and Rossi FKS 140s? besides the FKS being more expensive? I was thinking of going with the freeskis since it appears they have the same release system and are cheaper.
