What is the ideal shape for a longboard deck? I am cutting my own out of some 7-ply high-grade birch, the piece is 12"x48" so that's what I have to work with. Its going to be flat, seeing as I can't shape already glued wood. For reference, I am 15, 5'10", 170 pounds, size 12 shoes. I'll be riding these around town, carving hills and relatively flat stuff. +K for help.
