It's that Time again... Choosing skis

Okay, so I'm getting new skis. I'm currently skiing on anthems(171) which i had in new zealand which I'm really not enjoying. (finding them too wide, and just generally quite clumsy with them) the last skis I had were suspects. which although i enjoyed riding they died pretty quick.
So I've been looking at armadas. Really trying to chose between AR6s and Thalls. I've been reading about the flex patterns etc and still finding it quite hard to decide. I probably ski about 80% park boxes and rails equally but do enjoy skiing pow when its there. I still want a reasonably playful ski but just having a tough time deciding.
any advice will be appreciated.
also I'm about 178cm and 66kg. I'm guessing i should be gong for 176s even though I prefer something slightly shorter generally. how do armadas measure up from tip to tail? for example the 171 suspects measure at like a 168 and the anthems measure to like 173 i know its not a big issue but still nice to know.

since you like the suspects, i would go for the ar6. you obvious like a stiffer ski and the ar6 is the stiffer out of the two by a little.

66kg=145 pounds so you could be fine with either. the ar6s would be pretty much dialed for you in my opinion, but if you want a pretty soft ski then go for the thalls.
stiffest to softest skis.... suspects..ar6s.thalls.anthems (the # of periods is a way of saying how much softer/stiffer the skis are)

well i got the 166 and im 5 foot 5 and 115 pounds. its around an inch or so over my head, so they look huge, but when i click in to them, they dont feel big at all. if i wouldve gotten the 161 (around my nose) then i would feel like i could go over the handbars easily. so get the size that is up to the top of your head.

so the tip to tail measurement of the ski is sightly larger than the listed size?
