taken from the post your navigating skills thread:

copy and paste this into google to see everyone who has you on their friends list. just replace "username" with your username.

username "hide_header" site:https://newschoolers.com/ns/members/profile

copy paste this into google to see everytime someone quoted one of your posts. hit ctrl + F and type in your username then hit enter until you find the post quoting yours.

"quoting username" site:newschoolers.com

it cycles through your username in the orange box at the top left, friends list if you have yourself as a friend, online list then anything else on the page. the threads don't appear in chronilogical order in google but you can go into advanced search and choose past month, past week etc.

It's frustrating that this suggestion has been kicking around for close to a year and has received absolutely no recongnition from mods or admins. I mean, I don't really see the point of good input for this site that we love, if we don't get feedback on our ideas. Especially a member's idea as popular as this 1.

I'm not saying run around and reply to every single thread like "Hey categorize b/s/t blah blah blah". Cause that's just unrealistic, but even a simple "Hey, look, we are throwing around a lot of ideas for improving this site, and with the mountain of work already in fron of us, this isn't in the realm of possibilies."

Well that was friggen awesome, only thing is it somehow doesn't get ALL the people who you are on their friends list, because I had 5 google pages of people and there were tons of my actual friends missing who I know have me on their friends list. Hmmm.....
