Replying to scratch mounting point

hey im sure this has been asked a ton, but i just want to make sure. I just got scratch fs's, and im wondering if i should mount them at the standard line or the modern (1 inch forward). I do like 70% park..lots of rails and switch riding, but im at hood, so theres also really good days outside the park, and just a ton of groomed riding too. would mounting it forward make it too much harder for just regular trails and what not? also the guy in the shop said that the standard mounting point was better for rails.. but wouldnt more center mounted be better? yeah, advice would be appreciated.. ive been riding the oolld blue 1080s forever and they are nowhere near to center. thanks.
