cabot is really good as far as name brand goes, but if you really want good cheese you need to dig way deeper and go to some specialty shops.

but id never hate on a fat block of cabot seriously sharp.

New York style sharp cheddar

Sometimes medium, sometimes sharp.

I snack on that and like sausage all the time. I am notorious for eating cheese, beef jerky or osme other sliced meat, and potato chips before a meal is served. Then not eating a whole ton.
