so yesterday i was sliding on the floor kinda like single knee disco style. it started because i was chasing my cat, but it was pretty fun so i did it a few more times. (i had been studying for like 4 hours and sort of lost it for a bit haha) today i wake up and my fucking hip is killing me, and i think i pulled a muscle in my leg. wtf, either im in the worst shape of my life or my body is failing already. this shit never happened when i was 16. ya...
How old are you? I'm 19 and have back problems, bad shoulders, cracking snapping joints, all that jazz. If it really bothers you, start stretching more in the morning and avoid any movements that would mess with your posture.
haha indeed.
I know im always feelin some sort of injury, and iv gotten two surgery's in the past two years due to my bones being stupid, not even injury.
stretching helps, take up yoga! makes you feel amazing if you do it in the morning.
Im 26 and two winters ago i stretched the hell out of my acl and was in a brace and on crutches for 3 weeks, never went back to the doctors after that. last winter i was spinning around from switch to forward and caught an edge and launched myself onto the top of my right shoulder, seperated it and now two days ago i fell like i reinjured the shoulder playing wii. FML
I'm in that 10%. I'm 26 with no serious injuries. The only issue I have is some muscle pain in my back. But its nothing stretching and a heating pad can't help. Snowboarders ftw! (kiiiidding, kidding....)
at 20 i can look back to my football and baseball days and blame them for my bad shoulders, nothing really interferes with skiing other than my knees get achy after a few days of hittin it hard
im still not completely sure but after 15 years straight of football, skiing, and growing up a general dumbass i somehow escaped with zero serious injuries. I broke all my toes and fingers, couple head cracks, and lots of stitches but otherwise injury free. I think but thats not considered major.
