Bizzare food you have eaten

Give Zimmern a run for his money. Whats the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?

Rules are:

1) You have to have finished it (not vomited afterwards)
2) Has to be something considered edible (no sticks of deodorant or dirt)

In China- Deep fried corpion, also these chewy mystery bugs that are about 2 inches long. Also they had this really disgusting looking fetal chicken for sale (basically unhatched), but I didn't try that.

In Mexico- ant eggs, deep fried grasshoppers, armadillo, and iguana. The grasshoppers were a bit rough going down, and the armadillo was well, tough meat.

In Taiwan- fern with goose intestines. Curdled blood cubes.

In Austria- Beuscherl (kidneys).

In Scotland- haggis.

Other random organs- pancreas, lung, liver, tripe, stomach, heart, brain, tongue, spleen. . .
Animals- alligator, turtle, ostrich. . .

Haven't had rocky mountain oysters yet.

In Korea- 보신탕.

Squirrel. That's not too bizarre, though, just super redneck. Tons of wild edibles that are crazy tasting, though, like barberry, bloodroot, spring beauty, trout lily, cattails (absolutely delicious), burdock, Japanese knotweed (also delicious), wood nettle, etc.

This isn't a weird thing, but vanilla extract, the stuff you usually add to recipes. It tastes really, really bad, nothing like vanilla ice cream at all.

in mexico i got a bottle of tequila with a dead scorpion in it, the scorpion was just for show i think but i ended up eating it.

went snorkeling in cayman islands and we found some conchs and our guide driving the boat cracked it open and we ate the meat raw, pretty gross.

nothin too crazy... Uhh alligator, (tastes like chicken!) Kangaroo, Milk STRAIGHT from a cow (Milked it myself: Utter to Mouth), reindeer, and rattlesnake.

zebra mussels are taking over my lake
so one day i harvested a shit ton off the rocks around my dock

English Food (It's all terrible, so I'm calling it bizarre)
Brains (I can't remember what from)

And that's really all I can remember right now, but I'm sure there's more.

so last summer in AFRICA i went to a all you can eat restaruaunt called the Carnivore.

I had: Ostrich, Giraffe, Wildabeast, Cheetah (was sooooo expensive, but i was being treated), and Hippo meats.

They apparently raise and slaugher their own animals. I felt dirty, but soooo satisfied

i was hiking with friends once and we caught a snake. so we fried it up, but when we cut it up to eat we found a half digested mouse inside of it. i ate the  half digested mouse.

Ice cream split, but instead of a banana it was an ice cream sandwich.

an ice cream sunday with black cherry ice cream, peanut butter, fluff, frosting, whipped cream, maple syrup, honey, yogurt, sprinkles, and i don't really remember what else

I have had Balut.  I have a lot of philipino friends.

In Norway I had whale and reindeer.  I have had raw beef at an ethiopean resturant.   Then the usual sushi things like octopus, sea urchins and what not.  Food doesnt scare me.

Oh I just remembered, I've eaten Moose before. It was amazing, but not that bizarre. All you guys who have had Balut before.. how did you look at it and decide it was a good idea to put that in your mouth? Not shitting on you guys, just wondering. I don't know if I could personally do it, haha.
