I surround flag with bombs. Use the rest of my bombs to create another fake flag location that is easier to find.

i will often times put my flag in the front row behind the water and just keep my 1 near by. noone ever checks there.

haaaaa

-lead with two 2's to scout
-carry a 3 behind a 5 or 6 for the fuckin bombs
-roll w/ 7's and 8's first, keep spy and 10 for defense
-9 is more of a midfielder and 5's and 4's really can go on streaks on the offense or just be average defenders...

yeah ive never played stratego but ive gotten into risk lately with some friends. i like going for fortress europe off the bat, just cause its badass and you get a lot of troops if you hold it. ill usually try to ally with north american and sweep through africa and/or asia

the way to do it is have your flag in a corner surround the flag by 4's so that if the disarm your bombs with a 3 you can get them, and have some higher numbers around for backup

all good strategies.. in my game 1 is most powerfull with 9 weakest, it sounds like it maybe reversed in some others?
