i upgraded from the old blue kaos to the new black and white ones and they have that little pull string on the liner the old ones didnt and they were great i was wondering if i should cut those strings out would it make a difference or not even noticeable let me know what you guys think
ha ok im not a stupid wanna be that went out and bought spks for the style of it i just thought bc the older ones didnt have it the newer ones wouldnt make a difference i know there for tightening the boot and liner but it just doesnt feel like its getting the job done
well it is getting the job done, and no the strings don't get in the way, every single snowboard boot has this design and they don't get in the way. I have tried these on and plan to get them, and when I tried them the strings do not get in the way/ruin the fit at all
If the thread about shin bang is right this string will tighten up the boot against your shin and so help protect from shin bag. So dont cut it out, hope this helps
don cut them off its ridiculous that the lower price salomon boots haven't got these wires. SHAME ON YOU SALOMON these wires cost 10cents and really improves the fit in the boots
