cops are sketchy as hell and can do what they want. i got pulled over for going the speedlimit and he said i was suspicious because i had tinted windows. and its the stock tint.. its fucking bullshit

I think they may have accidentally added a zero, because not only could I not see a ton of pot fitting in that car, but I also wonder whether you could get it up to 133 with 2000 lbs of extra weight.

Driving the speed limit isnt suspicious unless you are a paranoid motherfucker.

The best rule of thumb, GO WITH THE FLOW. Do what everyone else is doing. If its a 65 and people are doing 70-75, do that. If they are doing 65 do that. Ride with the pack and try and stay low key.
